1. The above product will be delivered in SELECT cities, i.e. those mentioned in the Available Cities list.

2. All orders received BEFORE 2 pm for perishable products such as cakes, flowers and sweets will be delivered on the same day unless delivery date is specifically mentioned.

3. We will attempt delivery on the items ONLY once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt- due to wrong postal address, recipient not available or premises found locked, the customer shall still have to make payment for the order.

4. Flowers, Cakes, Sweets and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location and hand delivered.

5. We DO NOT deliver products on National Holidays and Sundays.
